You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to start. You just have to show up.

At Vybe, we welcome beginners, first-timers, and anyone coming back to their mat after time away. Our instructors will guide you through class with clear cues, options, and support so you can move at your own pace and build confidence one breath at a time.

What to Expect

Classes are warm, sweaty, energizing, and supportive. You’ll move, breathe, stretch, strengthen, and probably surprise yourself.

Take breaks when you need them. Drink water. Listen to your body. This practice is yours

    Arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can welcome you, show you around, and help you get settled.

    If you’re nervous, that’s normal. Everyone starts somewhere, and we’re here to make that first step feel less intimidating.
