About Vybe Hot Yoga

Vybe Hot Yoga is Kansas City Northland’s premier infrared hot yoga studio, rooted in ancient yoga wisdom and energized with a modern Vybe.

Formerly Indigo Vybe, our studio was created as a place where students can build strength, increase flexibility, clear the mind, and feel supported in their practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or ready for a deeper challenge, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow with confidence.

At Vybe, we believe yoga is more than movement. It is breath, focus, discipline, release, and community. Every class is an invitation to show up fully, listen to your body, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected.

Our Approach

At Vybe, we practice with purpose.

We ground through the breath.
We build strength through alignment.
We challenge our edges with awareness.
We honor the body we are in today.
We carry the calm and clarity off the mat.

Our studio is welcoming, energizing, and real. Come as you are, sweat it out, and find your Vybe.

Wellness Beyond the Mat

Vybe is growing into a fuller wellness experience for the Northland community. In addition to yoga, we offer supportive services including massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, sauna access, acupuncture, and concierge medical support which include HRT, weight loss management and peptide therapy through our Parkville wellness partners.

Our goal is simple: to support your whole-body wellness with services that help you move better, recover more deeply, and feel more at home in your body.

“Yoga is not about getting to know the postures, it is about getting to know yourself.”

The Power of Infrared Hot Yoga

Infrared heat warms the body from the inside out, helping muscles soften, joints move more freely, and the mind settle into the present moment. Practicing in a heated studio can support flexibility, mobility, circulation, recovery, and mental clarity.

In each class, our instructors offer clear guidance, thoughtful modifications, and safe progressions so students of all levels can practice with intention. You do not have to be flexible to begin. You only have to be willing to show up.
